Egyptian Gov't Will Reach Out to All Political Forces While Muslim Brotherhood Plans to Form Rebel Egyptian Army
National reconciliation efforts will start next week: Egypt's presidency
AhramOnline - Egypt’s presidential aide for political affairs Mostafa Hegazy announced on Wednesday that parliamentary elections and presidential elections are planned to be finalized in an estimate of 9 months.
The electoral processes will coming following a nationwide referendum on the constitution amendments that will be proposed by the committee formed of both legal and political experts tasked with amending the national charter, according to Hegazy’s statement in a press conference held at the presidential palace.
Hegazy further announced that communications with all political forces including the Muslim Brotherhood and their political party will start next week as initial steps for the seeked national reconciliation. Read More

Report: Muslim Brotherhood to Form Rebel Egyptian Army
The Brotherhood may try to split the military’s ranks and wage a civil war to reinstall Morsi as President.
Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Mohammed Badie says that his organization will form a “Free Egyptian Army,” the Arabic Annaha media outlet reports.
By creating an Egyptian counterpart to the Free Syrian Army, the Muslim Brotherhood is implying that it can split the military’s ranks and wage a civil war to reinstall Morsi as President. The statement did not explicitly mention violence, but the implication is clear.
This huge development comes after the Egyptian government ordered the arrest of Muslim Brotherhood leaders, including Badie, and began a criminal investigation into Morsi. The government also froze the assets of senior Muslim Brotherhood leaders and supporters, again including Morsi.
