Judge to decide whether prosecutors will be allowed to present evidence of Fort Hood jihad mass murderer's Islamic motivations

Jihad Watch - This is only an issue at all because his motives were Islamic. If he had shouted "Glory to Jesus Christ" and started shooting, there would never have been a question in the trial as to whether or not his motives were relevant. If his motives had been entirely secular, there would be no problem with discussing them. If his motive had been related to "workplace violence," in accord with the government's claim, it would be discussed extensively? What murder trial doesn't discuss motive -- indeed, forbids discussion of it? The answer is one that airs uncomfortable facts about Islamic theology and law -- facts that the government and mainstream media don't want you to know.   More
